Our system is currently integrated with the Stripe card processing company. This integration allows payments to be collected (e.g., event registration payments, round signup payments, invoices, etc). Click on the links below for more details on collecting payments:
βOverview of Collecting Payments with Stripe
The Payment Center is where customers can go to view details and manage the payments coming in for an event/league. To get to the Payment Center for an event/league, go to Event/League > Event/League Payment Center. You can:
Connect your Stripe Account: Connect a Stripe account (as shown below).
View Payment Summaries: Every payment group (event registration. invoice, round payment group, etc) for the event/league will be listed with a summary (as shown below).
To view details of each individual registration, click on the group name to expand the details.
βCreate Invoices: You can send general invoices to one, some, or all players. Click Here for more details using Stripe to send invoices.
View the Registration Report: When viewing this report, you can:
View the details of each registration.
Search and filter the report for specific registrations
Download the report into an xls spreadsheet
Transfer registrations to another event/league
