Master Roster Coupling

Updated over 4 months ago

This feature is only available with the following products:

This feature is enabled by default for customers integrated with a membership source (e.g., Clubessential, MembersFirst, etc.). If you are not using an integration and would like this feature enabled, please contact support.

Master roster coupling allows the event/league roster and the master roster to stay in sync. For instance, if a member's email is changed in the Master Roster, the email will be updated in the Event Roster.

Customers can couple their master roster with their event/league rosters when:

  • Master Roster Profiles contain a Handicap Network ID / Membership Number

  • Event/League rosters are populated from the master roster

  • Event/League is assigned to the current season

Master roster coupling can be enabled from the Customer Center for all future events/leagues or specific events or leagues. To enable this feature, follow these directions:

  1. Enable Master roster coupling:

    1. For all future events/leagues: In the customer center, go to Customer Settings > Default Settings > General Settings.

    2. Within a specific event/league: Go to Event/League > Event/League Profile > General Settings.

  2. Check the option to enable master roster coupling (as shown below).

  3. Click "Save" for the changes to go into effect.

After enabling master roster coupling, any edits to a master roster player profile will be updated in both the event/league roster and the master roster.
