Who has an Active/Inactive GHIN Membership on my Roster?

Updated over 4 months ago

Q: On our master roster, we would like to see who has an active/inactive GHIN Membership. How can we do this?

A: If you have defined GHIN as your Handicap Index Service provider, the master roster and event/league roster will populate with a field called "GHIN Active," showing a player's GHIN Membership Status (as shown below). For details on setting GHIN as your Handicap Index Service provider, Click Here.

As shown above, a custom field (GHIN Active) will be available displaying a player's GHIN Status. If the player is active, it will be populated with a "Yes" and inactive players will be populated with a "No." Further, this field can also be used as eligibility criteria for event/league registration.
