Q: I need to change a player's email address on the Master Roster, but it will not allow me to make any changes to the email address because the player is registered to the Master Roster. How can I properly change the email address?
A: Follow these instructions:
Go to Customer Center > Master Roster > View Master Roster.
Un-register the player account (as shown below).
Edit the account and enter the new email address (as shown below).
Re-register the player (as shown below).
Click "Register" (as shown below).
The email address should then be changed. If the player is currently registered for events, the email will also carry over to those events.
