Multi-Round Tournaments allow you to aggregate scores across multiple rounds to determine the overall individual or team winners. Multi-Round Tournaments can be played using a single format or a different format every round.
Single Format Example Formats:
36-Hole Net Stableford
54-Hole Gross Stroke Play
Member-Guest Invitational Match Play (Five 9-hole Matches)
Ringers (Eclectics)
Multi Format Example Formats:
36-Hole Stroke Play - First 18 Scramble - Second 18 Best Ball
27-Hole Stroke Play - First 9 Alternate Shot - Second 9 Scramble - Third 9 Best Ball
Multi-Format Tournaments need to be set up as Linked Tournaments. For instructions on setting up a Linked Tournament, Click Here. Note: When setting up incompatible tournament formats, such as Scramble and Best Ball, they must be split into separate rounds to ensure accurate scoring. Then, utilize the Linked Multi-Round Tournament to aggregate scores to calculate results.
For instructions on setting up a single-format multi-round tournament, read below.

Format Setup Notes:
If you are using divisions, flights, or teams for a multi-round tournament, it is important that you use your master divisions, flights, or teams. You can create and edit these by going to Golfers > Manage Event Divisions/Flights/Teams.
You can drop the worst round or rounds of a multi-round tournament. In the tournament setup, there will be a "Selected Rounds" drop-down where you select how many rounds should be used for the total cumulative score (as shown below).
Say for instance, its a 54-hole aggregate stroke play tournament where you count the best 2 out of 3 rounds. If that is the case, select "Best 2" rounds and the worst round of the 3 will get thrown out.Tie-breaking options are available for multi-round tournaments. The majority of these tie-breaking options for multi-round tournaments use the scores from the final round to break ties. An exception is made when using the "By Selected Course" tie-breaking option, as this will use the round for each player from the selected course.
When dealing with incompatible formats, such as Scramble and Best Ball, set them up as separate rounds to ensure proper scoring.
