Scorecards are an important part of every tournament and round of golf. Not only do they need to have the correct information (e.g., Handicap strokes, starting holes, starting times), but they also need to be presentable and visually appealing.
Scorecards are available to create using the following scorecard creators:
Scorecard Composer: Available to TM Club, Club Premium, and Association Users.
Legacy Scorecard Creator: Available to all users.
**Important Note**
Effective September 1, 2025, Legacy Scorecards will no longer be available.
In this article, we will discuss how to manage, access, and discover scorecards.
Accessing Your Scorecards:
To access your scorecards, go to Rounds > Print Scorecards (as shown below).
The following sections are available:
My Last Printed Scorecard: Quickly re-print your last printed scorecard.
Legacy Scorecard and Templates: Access, edit, and print legacy scorecards. A basic scorecard creator with limited design customization.
My Scorecards: Access, edit, and print scorecards created with the Scorecard Composer. All scorecards created using the Scorecard Composer will be contained here.
Other Scorecards Published by the Community: Search, save, and edit scorecards created by others in the user community.
When hovering over a scorecard, you can print, edit, copy, or add the scorecard to a Report Center category (as shown below).
Scorecards can also be accessed from the Report Center by navigating to Rounds > Report Center. When accessing the Report Center, scorecards will also be available and grouped in the "Scorecard" category (as shown below).
Creating new scorecards:
Create new custom scorecards using the scorecard composer. Like our other composers (e.g., Report Composer, Page Composer), this tool allows advanced customization. For complete details about creating new scorecards, Click Here.
Discovering New Scorecards from the User Community:
Rather than creating your own scorecards from scratch, you can discover scorecards created by others in the user community and save them in the Report Center.
To do this, follow these instructions:
Go to Rounds > Print Scorecards > Discover Scorecards.
Search or browse the results for the desired scorecard.
Add the desired scorecard to the "Scorecard" Report Center category.
You will then be able to access the scorecard from the Report Center or the Print Scorecards area to make further edits, and print.
The sequence below shows the process:
