Creating Report Center "Scorecard Labels" Category:
As you may have multiple labels you would like utilized for different events, we recommend creating a new Report Center category called Scorecard Labels, where you can maintain your Terminal Labels (as shown below). For example you might have a label for a team event versus a label for an individual event.
Follow these instructions to create a new category in the Report Center:
Go to Rounds > Report Center.
Click "New Category."
Name the category. We recommend naming it "Scorecard Labels" so you can find it easily.
Accessing Scorecard Labels from Community Reports:
You can discover reports from other managers and organizations in Community Reports. These reports are customizable to fit the needs of your Club.
For example, we have created a community report titled "Club Score Input Terminal - Labels" that you can add to your report center. This report is fully functional or can further be customized for your event/league. To discover this report and others, follow these directions:
Go to Rounds > Community Reports.
Search for "Terminal" to find our report. Note: You can also search other terms like "Label" to see reports created by others.
Hover your mouse over the report titled "Club Score Input Terminal - Labels," click "Categories," and select the category to which you would like to add the label. If you created a category as outlined in the prior section, select that category.
Go to Rounds > Report Center.
Find the report you just added to the category by doing a general search or selecting the Category.
From here, you can print, edit, or create duplicates of the report that can be further customized with event/league dynamic fields, text, logos, etc. (as shown below). For complete details on customizing pages, Click Here.
If you made changes, save the report.
We recommend testing printing labels at the Club Score Input Terminal and fine-tuning the labels to print as desired.

Note: When creating custom labels, utilize the form titled "Published Report Form 8.5x11."
Tournament Configuration:
Within your event/league, you will need to set a tournament as the default tournament for Club Score Input Terminals and Auto-Score Posting to be able to print labels from the Club Score Input Terminal. To set your default tournament and enable labels, follow these directions:
With your event/league, go to Rounds > Tournaments.
Edit the tournament you want to establish as the Default Tournament and print labels.
Check the box "Set as Default Tournament for Score Posting and Club Score Input Terminals" in the advanced options section.
Check the box "Enable label printing for this tournament" (as shown below).
After you enable label printing, a new option will appear to select the report category and default report for label printing. Selecting these options guides the Terminal on which report should be utilized to print labels.
Click "Save" to apply the changes to the tournament and enable label printing at the Club Score Input Terminal.
Check-in & Label Printing:
Printing labels from the Club Score Input Terminal is simple. Labels will be printed during check-in via the Club Score Input Terminal. The process will be slightly different for an individual event versus a team event.
