What we need for Digital Dispatching (ALL)

Here is a list of the things that we will need in order to complete Digital Dispatch setup.

Here is a list of the information we need to set up your accounts.

Agero: You can select the green connect button inside the Agero account under the Accounts tab and put in the user and password that you use for agerosupport.com.

Allstate: We will need your Provider ID #. Example: IL1106316. 

Allied: We will need your Tax ID # and Provider ID (2 letters and 8 #’s).

Fleetnet: We will need your Provider ID.

Geico: We will need the spreadsheet that comes from your Geico Rep to go digital with Towbook.

NSD: We will need your contractor ID and need USERNAME and PASSWORD.

Quest: We will need your Provider ID. 

Roadside Protect: We will need your Tax ID # and Provider ID.

Servicase: Add a Servicase Account under the Motor Club category. Select Connect with Servicase. You’ll see a green confirmation letting you know that Servicase will be in touch within 1-2 business days to finish connecting your account.

Swoop: You can select the green connect button inside the Agero (Swoop) account under the Accounts tab and follow the prompts on their site.

Sykes: We will need your GUID.

Tesla: We will need your Tax ID # and Provider ID.

NAC: We will need your Provider ID.
