This feature automatically replaces Shopify’s default tracking links (which typically redirect to the carrier's official website) with your store’s custom tracking page URL.
When enabled, customers who click the "tracking number" —whether in email notifications or on the order status page—will be redirected to your designated tracking page, instead of being sent to an external carrier’s site.
How to Enable:
You can find and activate this feature directly in the Track123 App under:
Track123 App → Settings → Update Shopify's native tracking links
Once enabled, it will:
Automatically replaces Shopify’s native carrier links with your default tracking page link when a tracking number is added or updated.
