You may need to use this feature if you use a local delivery service or if there are some custom steps you'd like to add to an order's status.
Note: You can add up to 3 custom statuses between Ordered and Order Ready
1. Click the Add Ons > Custom status > Add
2. Input the information required.
Status: the custom status is displayed in the process bar.
Custom tracking info: the information displayed in the Shipping details.
Hours since last status: Input the number of hours that Track123 should wait before updating the orders to this status.
