How to integrate with Judge.me?

Step 1:

Go to your Track123 admin panel > Setting > Send shipping tracking events to Shopify. Let the status stay enabled as shown below.

Step 2:

Go to Judge.me admin panel > Settings (1) > Integrations (2) > Admin Backend (3)

Navigate to Delivery Based Request, enable the Wait for delivery (4) and save settings (5).

After doing this, Judge.me will send review request email automatically when your order reach Delivered status.

Step 3:

Configure the timing of your review request emails after the order reaches Delivered status.

Go to your Judge.me admin panel > Settings (1) > Review Request (2) > Timing and Format.

Navigate to Request Timing, set the time interval based on your needs for requesting reviews.

What's more, you can set how many reminders the app sends to your customers by Automatic Reminders.

After finishing all the settings, don't forget to click "Save" button.

Step 4:

You can customize the appearance of your review request email. Go to your Judge.me admin panel > Requests (1) > Email Templates (2).

Choose and edit the default templates or create a new one.

Note: The below Shopify email notifications will be sent to your customers by default when this integration is active and your order status is updated to Out for Delivery or Delivered.

If you don't want your clients to get these emails, go to Shopify Admin Settings > Notifications > Shipping, uncheck the boxes as shown below.
