Our smart system will match the orders to the carrier based on the tracking number format. and get the tracking info from the carrier's website.
Then your customer can track the orde on the tracking page.

Hi, you don't need to integrate the dropshipping app with Track123.
Once the tracking numbers have been added to orders in your Shopify.
Track123 will auto-sync the tracking numbers.
Our smart system will match the orders to the carrier based on the tracking number format. and get the tracking info from the carrier's website.
Then your customers can track the orders on the tracking page.
Do I need to add the tracking number to Track123?
You don't need to add the tracking number to the app, the app will auto-sync with the tracking number.
But the Tracking numbers need to be added to the order.
Why can't I track the orders on the tracking page?
Please note that the orders which have been synced to Track123 can be tracked on the tracking page.

Please check if the product needs to be shipped.
If the order show like this, then the app won't sync this order to our app.
