📌 What is Quota?
In Track123, quota refers to the number of orders you can sync to the app within your current subscription plan.
📥 How is Quota Consumed?
Quota consumption is based only on the number of unique orders synced into the Track123 app, not on how many times those orders are queried or viewed.
✅ Each synced order = 1 quota used
❌ Customer queries or tracking page visits = 0 quota used
🔄 When is an Order Counted?
An order is counted against your quota at the moment it is first synced/imported into the Track123 APP, whether automatically via integration or through manual upload.
