As the app gets shipping info from the carrier's website, sometimes they only provide the shipping details in English even Chinese. Track123 allows users to translate the shipping details, we offer two ways to achieve this.

This feature can automatically translate the shipping details into the language your customers prefer. If you are a multi-lingual store, the shipping details will be automatically translated into the current language of your store.
