Track123 allows you to automate email notifications for the following status. With swift email updates, you can keep your customers updated about their order status.

  • Info received

  • In transit

  • Out for delivery

  • Delivered

  • Exception

  • Failed attempt

  • Expired

All email notifications will be disabled by default, please follow these steps to enable the email notifications.

  1. Go to track123 > Notifications on the left sidebar.

  2. Select the email template you would like to activate.

  3. You can also select to send emails to yourself.

  4. Turn on the email.

If you turn on the Out for delivery and Delivered email, please follow this article to turn off the emails on Shopify.
