Shopify also sends shipping emails to your customers when Shopify receives the shipping events sent by Track123. Please Turn off Shopify native email to avoid duplicate emails.

👍Go to Shopify admin page > Settings > Notifications > Shipping > click the box to disable the Out for delivery email and Delivered email.
