Shopify also sends shipping emails to your customers when Shopify receives the shipping events sent by Track123. Please Turn off Shopify native email to avoid duplicate emails.
đGo to Shopify admin page > Settings > Notifications > Shipping > click the box to disable the Out for delivery email and Delivered email.
