How to update the carrier manually?

Sometimes, You may find that some orders are matched to the incorrect carrier, which will cause the orders' statuses are not updated. You can update the carrier manually or set up the carriers in Settings to fix it.

Update the carrier manually

  1. From Track123 order admin > Click the check box of the orders

  2. Click the Update carrier

  3. Input the carrier name and click it > Update

After the carrier is updated, the order status will be updated automatically 2-3 minutes later.
