Envoyage members can take advantage of a direct integration between the Helio booking platform and Travefy to save time and reduce manual creation of itineraries.
Important Note: To access and use the integration with Helio, you must be an authenticated Envoyage advisor.
1. Choose "New Event > Booking"
While editing an itinerary or proposal in Travefy, click the blue button titled "New Event" and then choose "Booking."
2. Choose "Helio" from the drop down.
In the Import Bookings window, select "Helio" from the dropdown of suppliers listed.
3. Enter your Helio booking number
After selecting Helio, simply type or paste in your Helio booking number and click "Add to Itinerary." Travefy's system will request the booking associated with the booking number.
All segments related to the specific Helio booking number will be imported into Travefy on the corresponding day of the itinerary.
