Whenever you have been notified that your client has completed their Credit Card Authorization Form you will be able to view their responses in the following places in your account!

Event Library


You will be able to view your client's responses to the Credit Card Authorization Form in your Event Library by clicking into that Form Event.

Once your have clicked into the Form you will then want to click on the Manage Responses tab.

From the Manage Responses tab you will then be able be able to click into the response.

From there you will be able to click on the View Details on Contact button, which will direct you to your client's Contact Profile page to view the Credit Card information that they have entered.

Contact Profile


You will be able to view your client's responses to the Credit Card Authorization Form in your Contact Library on the Contact Profile of the clients that completed the form.

You will first want to go to the Contact Profile of the client who completed the Form.

You will then need to click on the Forms tab in that Contact Profile.

Once you have clicked on the Forms tab in the Contact profile you should be able to see the Form responses that the Client has completed.

To view the responses of a Credit Card Authorization form you will just want to click on the View Responses button on the Form.

This will open up and display the Form's responses.

To see more of the Card details, such as the full card number, CVV number and expiration date you can click on the View Details button.
