Importing Viator Tours

To import Viator tours, you will first want to make sure you have your Viator integration enabled.


Once that's done, let's get started!

1. Go to the Travel Agent's Viator Website

To access the Travel Agent's site or sign up for a free account, you can go to https://travelagents.viator.com. Ensure that Viator integration is enabled in your Travefy settings so Viator tours can be properly added to your itinerary. To set up the integration, follow Travefy's instructions in your account settings.

2. Locate the Viator product code

You can find the product code in two places: Make sure the product code is accurate, as it is different from the booking reference or itinerary number. Errors in the product code will lead to import failures.

In the Product Details:

Find the product code on the product page before the reviews in the "Questions" section.

In the URL:

The same product code is available at the very end of the product's URL after the hyphen.

3. Paste the Product Code into the Tour Event

Create a tour event, select Viator as the tour line, and then input the Product Code you copied.

4. Click Get Itinerary During this step, ensure all input details, such as the product code, are accurate. Also make sure the date of the tour matches up to the date you are adding the tour to.

5. Click Add to Itinerary

You will then see the Tour Information that will be added to the itinerary. To add this information to the itinerary, you will simply click on the Add To Itinerary button. If the Viator tour includes vouchers, you can manually upload the voucher PDF to the event for client access, as Travefy does not auto-import these documents.

And you're done!
