📴 Using the 'Away' functionality as a reviewer

This article will walk you through the process of marking yourself 'Away' and assigning an alternate.

Updated over 7 months ago

In Tressl, you can now select the date you will be away from the office, or unable to process any new review tasks. In addition to this, you can select another member from your group to complete the tasks (you will need to assign a person from each group you are a member of).

You will first need to select the date that you will be away using the date picker. Any already assigned tasks to you will remain assigned if you set yourself as away. Next you can choose an alternate that will be completing the tasks while you are in your set away period.

While you are set as away, your name will not be selectable from the drop-down of your group(s) and it will show when you will be 'back'. If you have selected an alternate, it will be shown in line with your name and date back.

As always, feel free to give us any feedback or let us know if there is additional functionality you would find helpful.

Thank you!
