Read below for a step-by-step guide + screenshots

Updated over 7 months ago

Step 1: When a grantor has sent an agreement for partial execution, a "recommended action" will appear at the top of the projects page. Click the "recommended action" to be taken to the next step:

Step 2: After clicking on the "recommended action," you will be brought into the agreement. To be brought directly to the required action, click the "next action" button in the top right corner, or scroll to the highlighted area. Select/type-in the field representative to move to the next step:

Step 3: Once you have entered field representative information, the "approve for signature" button will be enabled. Click it to continue:

Step 4: When you click "approve for signature" you will now see the option to "Select Signatory method" on your screen. Click "Request Client's Signature" to move forward (upon clicking here, you will be prompted to enter your client's email):

Note: This is what your client will receive once you have sent the agreement to them to sign. Your client will need to create a Tressl account to be able to partially execute their portion of the agreement.

We have found that agreements signed within the app are executed over 80% faster than downloading and signing.
