Create locking rules

Locking rules can be configured to ensure that specific skills are in place before a schedule can be locked or requested for locking

Setting locking rules can ensure that schedules are only finalised when the required skills are present, helping to maintain workforce competency and prevent scheduling errors.

  1. Go to Rota Management and edit the required rota.

  2. Head to the Locking Rules tab.

  3. Click on the Add Locking Rule button.

  4. Select the appropriate skill and the duration type.

  5. Click Add.
