Q1. Can I clock in or out more than once?

Yes, employees can clock in or out multiple times. However, if an employee clocks in or out within 3 minutes of their last clocking action, the system will ignore the second action. Any multiple clock-ins or clock-outs beyond this time frame will be displayed for review during shift approvals.


Q2. What happens if I do not take a photo when clocking in?

If an employee does not take a photo when clocking in or out, the clock-in and clock-out times will still be recorded. However, a warning will appear in the shift approval indicating that the image is missing.


Q3. What happens if I have a scheduled shift but forget to clock in or out?

If an employee forgets to clock in or out, their shift will appear in the shift approval list with the scheduled hours but without clocked-in or clocked-out times.


Q4. Can I clock in after the scheduled start time or clock out before the scheduled end time?

Yes, employees can clock in after their scheduled start time or clock out before their scheduled end time. These clocked times will appear in the shift approvals as queries and will require approval.
