Q1. Is it possible to unlock a published schedule?

No, you can unlock a locked schedule, but once it's published, it cannot be unlocked.


Q2. Can I amend the shifts after the rota has been published?

Shifts on a published rota cannot be amended in the Scheduling section; however, you can update them in the Timesheets section.


Q3. How do I set employee unavailability?

You can set an employee’s unavailability directly within their profile.


Q4. Will employees be notified when their shifts are updated?

Yes, employees will receive an email notification when their shifts are updated.
