To enable DocuSign you will need to speak to your account manager so that they can give you access to DocuSign. Once the access has been granted follow these steps:
Log in to Rota King and go to the Cog Icon in the top right - hand corner.
Go to System Roles, click on Administrator.
Click the Configure Tab and under configuration tick the Access eSignature Box.
Press Update at the bottom to save your changes.
5. After enabling the setting you can then go to any Employee by clicking View next to the employees name. Then go to the Document Tab and you will see a blue button that says Sign into Docusign. From that point you will be required to sign in to DocuSign and you are then given the option to decide whether the document requires a signature or not.
6. Once the user is signed in they are able to select Requires Signature, select a document & enter a subject.
💡Tip! If this is the first time logging in to DocuSign from Rota King you will be required to approve the integration! You will not be able to tick the Requires Signature box if you haven't signed in to DocuSign
Once uploaded a success message is displayed.
Once the document has been signed the updates are displayed next to the document.
Once signed the signed document is available to download from DocuSign.
