You can easily toggle between views on the Rota Page!
Employee View - Add shifts directly against individual employees.
Job Title View - Add shifts by Job Title first then assign employees as you create them.
How do I create Shifts by Job title?
Go to Scheduling on the left-hand navigation panel.
Select the Job Title on the Schedule.
A window will appear, Select Add Shift.
Select The Employee, Add the shift times, select the hour type and click Update to add the Shift to the Schedule.
You can also create Open Shifts to the Schedule in Employee View then switch to Job Title View. Please see Tip below!
💡Tip! This is ideal for planning coverage based on operational needs before deciding who will work each shift.
💡Tip! You can now create Open Shifts in Employee View and then switch to Job Title View to assign them.
Add a number of Open Shifts.
Switch Views.
Allocate Shifts to employees as needed.
