There are four possible reasons why you might not see a specific check, along with how to resolve them:
Your user hasn’t been assigned the correct responsibilities.
💡Solution: Ask the Admin user to update the assigned responsibilities or your user responsibility accordingly.Your user isn’t linked to the relevant locations.
💡Solution: Ensure your user is associated with the correct locations where the check is allocated.Active filters are hiding the check.
💡Solution: Review and reset any applied filters to ensure all relevant checks are visible.The check hasn’t been scheduled yet.
💡Solution: You can either schedule the check or add it on demand, if the add on demand feature is enabled.
