If some features are missing in your team's 9-dot menu, it may be their role permission restricts the visibility. To restore the features to the 9-dot menu, please follow these steps:
Go to the Configure Portal via the 3 dots.
Navigate to the Roles section.
Locate and select the role the team is assigned to.
Select the Monitor Portal tab.
Enable the module access accordingly.
Save the changes.
