To restrict a user’s visibility or modify their access, you can update their role permission or change their role.
Update Role Permissions
Go to Roles in the Configure Portal.
Locate the relevant role and select Edit.
Update the required Portal Access and/or Module Access settings.
Click Save to apply the changes.
⚠️Please note
Any changes made to a role will affect all users assigned to that role.
Change a User's Role
Go to Users in the Configure Portal.
Locate the user and select Edit.
Change the user’s role to another role with higher or lower visibility.
Click Save to apply the changes.
