What are priorities
Priorities help determine the urgency and importance of requests or actions. By assigning priority levels, your team can focus on the most critical tasks first, ensuring that important deadlines are met.
Our priorities are categorised into four urgency levels:
Low - Medium - High - Critical
You can click the icons to filter and view requests or actions by priority on the monitor portal:
How do I set up priorities for requests
Go to the configuration (the cog icon) in the configure portal.
Go to Organisation Settings, select Requests, and choose the requests you want to activate priorities for.
Once priorities are enabled, you can set the Initial Priority for the request.
You can also rename the priorities as needed.
How do I set up priorities for actions
Create your action as needed. Once created, you can set the initial priority or go to the priorities tab to rename them accordingly.
