Flexible Tags

Flexible tags allow you to categorize and search for orders or trips easily. This feature helps with internal tracking and organization.

How to Use Flexible Tags

Adding Tags

  1. Access the Overlay

    • Navigate to the Order Details Overlay or the Trip Overlay

  2. Locate the Tag Button

    • At the header, find the gray button labeled No Tags

    • Hover over it to reveal a plus β€œ+” icon

  3. Add a Default Tag

    • Click on the plus icon to open a dropdown menu

    • You will see four default tags: Priority, Hold, Inbound, and Outbound

  4. Create a New Tag

    • Start typing in the search bar menu

    • Press Enter to create a new tag

    • The new tag will be added and available for future use

Editing Tags

  1. Hover Over the Tag

    • Add the tag to the order or trip overlay that you want to edit

    • Hover over the tag, and click on the three dots that appear on the tag

  2. Edit Tag Name and Color

    • Edit the tag name or adjust the color as needed

    • Note: Only admins can delete tags, but dispatchers can create and edit tags

Deleting Tags

Only admins can delete tags by clicking the three dots next to the tag and selecting Delete.


Who Can See Tags

Tags are visible to internal teams only, including drivers and carriers. Tags are not visible to customers. They are for internal use only.
