How do I change the “From Name” customers see when I send them a review request via email?

When you send customers review request via email using TrueReview, we automatically make your business name the "From Name" customers see in their Inbox:

However, you can customize this name by following the steps here:

  1. Go to your Account Settings.

  2. Click EDIT next to the business you'd like to make changes to

  3. Under EMAIL PREFERENCES, you can change the "Email From Name

By default your business name will be used as the "From" name for your emails. Leave it blank to automatically use your current business name.

Important: Commas are not supported in the "From" name, and will be automatically removed if present once the email is sent.

After changing the email "From" name, new emails sent to customers will have the updated name.
