Trunk Tools organizes your questions and answers into conversations. Starting a new conversation gives you a clean slate — helpful whenever you move to a new topic, so answers stay focused and easy to find later.

When to Start a New Conversation
You're switching topics — a fresh conversation keeps unrelated questions from mixing together.
You've switched projects — start fresh so answers pull from the right project's documents.
You want a clean record — each conversation is saved on its own, so you can return to it later.
How to Start a New Conversation
Step 1: Open a New Conversation
From the main screen, start a new conversation to clear the current thread and begin fresh.
Step 2: Ask Your Question
Type your question in the prompt bar the way you'd ask a knowledgeable teammate. Trunk Tools answers from your project documents and links to the sources it used.
Note: Your past conversations stay available in the Conversations panel, so starting a new one never deletes an older thread.
