Go to the menu option Outbound Messages.
Click on Create new message.
Fill in the fields:
Name of the oubound
Category of the message (updates or marketing)
Line sending the message
Language of the message (spanish, english or portuguese)
Type of message (text, image, video or document)
You must include the link when you select image, video or document.Type of conversation (notification or flow)
The flow type of conversation requires you to enter an option for continuing the conversation, and another option for ending it.Message
You can insert customizable word into your message.
Click the Send review button.
This message will then be reviewed by the Facebook (Meta) team and may take up to 5 business days to be approved/denied. Once the review is listed as approved, you will be able to set it up for sending as single delivery or batch delivery.
