Buy Zero Restocking Fee
Updated over a month ago

Overview

A buy zero restocking fee is only applied if a shopper returns all the items they tried. If a shopper keeps at least one item, no returns fee would be charged. This ensures that shoppers who try multiple items and find something that they love are not penalized.

This feature can be a tool to discourage low-intent shoppers from using TryNow, while still allowing high-intent shoppers the freedom to try different products.

Note: We would strongly encourage making the buy zero restocking fee clear in your messaging on your PDPs, landing pages, and/or in checkout. Suggested messaging: "Keep something? Returns are free! Keep nothing? Just an $8 restocking fee."

  3. Fill out the Name and Description, which are only internally visible fields so your other team members can understand the fee.
