Merchants can set up a non-refundable fee in Merchant Portal for their shoppers that use TryNow. These fees can be related to shipping, line items, orders, or zero kept items. This fee will be charged when we capture payment for the trial.

Step 1: Open Merchant Portal

Step 2: Under Controls, click on Payment Capture

Step 3: In the section titled Non-Refundable Fees, click on + Add Fee

Step 4: A pop up will open to complete the details for the non-refundable fee. Here you can indicate whether the fee should be a flat dollar value or a percentage of the order value. You will also be able to add a Name and Description for the non-refundable fee as well as choose the fee Type (Order, Line Items, Shipping or Zero Kept Items).

Example: If you set a Zero Kept Items fee to $10, our system will automatically charge $10 if all the items in the order have been returned.
