Brands set their own Trial and Return Flow periods. The Trial Length is the number of days after delivery that the shopper has to try the items. The Post-Trial Charge Delay is the time allotted for the reverse logistics process, which includes initiating a return, return shipping, and issuing a refund on the return. Shoppers are charged at the end of the combined Trial and Return Flow period.
