The admin of your Pencil subscription has full control over the information the AI product ingests. This ensures you can manage what data is used while maintaining privacy and security. Typically, the following types of information are ingested:
Brand Guidelines – You can upload documents containing your brand’s guidelines to ensure content aligns with your brand's voice.
Assets – Files can be uploaded directly or integrated through a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Ad Account Data – Data is ingested through a direct OAuth integration with your ad accounts to ensure accurate ad insights.
Privacy and Data Use
According to our Terms of Service (TOS), none of the ingested information is used to train AI models unless it is specifically requested by the admin. This ensures that your data is only used for the purpose you approve.
