■ The short answer
Skipping a delivery is completely free, as long as it's done by Wednesday
23:59 SGT of the week before that delivery week starts.
■ Which Wednesday applies?
At Tsuklio, a delivery week runs Tuesday → the following Monday. The skip
deadline is the Wednesday just before that Tuesday.
Example: To skip the May 5 (Tue) – May 11 (Mon) delivery week, you need
to skip by Wednesday April 29, 23:59 SGT.
■ How to skip
Log in to My Page (https://order-sg.tsuklio.com/login) → Deliveries
→ select the week → tap "Skip". If the skip is completed before the
cutoff, no order will be placed and no charges will apply for that week.
■ Use it freely
Whether you want to skip a busy week, travel for a month, or simply use
Tsuklio once a month, you can do so at no extra cost. There is no limit
to how many weeks you can skip.
