For Non-US Creators:

If you're a creator located outside the US, Lumanu, our integrated payment platform, will request you to fill out a W8-BEN form when you create your Twirl account. This process ensures smoother transactions compared to PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Notification and Withdrawal: You'll receive an email notification when funds are available, and you can then "Withdraw" the funds into your bank account. Lumanu also generates invoices, offering convenience for tax-related matters or record-keeping.

Payment Timeline: Expect payments to reach your bank account within 2 weeks of submission or within 1 week of content sign-off.

Account Creation with Lumanu: If you haven't already, create an account with Lumanu via Twirl here. Ensure you use the same email address as your Twirl profile.

W8-BEN Form Submission: Before your first withdrawal, you'll need to fill out a W8-BEN form. While it may seem daunting initially, it takes less than 5 minutes. You don't have to complete all sections (especially sections 4, 5, 6b, 7, 9, and 10). Your 'foreign tax identifying number' is your National Insurance Number.

Submission Process: Email the completed form to creators@lumanu.com. After 1-2 days, they will grant you access to your balances, enabling you to withdraw funds to your bank account.

One-Time Requirement: You only need to fill out the form once. If there are any complications, Lumanu will inform you and provide support throughout the process.
