Secondary Trading Account Creation

Page 1: Create Account

  1. Visit www.tzero.com/investors/register

  2. Select Account Type
    ***If you hold shares in a security that is trading or will be trading in the future on tZERO Securities, please make sure your account type matches that of your original investment - ex: if you invested as an individual please select individual account type***

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Create your password

    1. tZERO passwords must have the following requirements:

      1. 1 lower case letter

      2. 1 upper case letter

      3. 1 specific special character

      4. 1 number

      5. minimum of 8 characters

      6. No spaces

    2. If you enter a password correctly, a green checkbox will be appear by each of the requirements

  5. Complete the RECAPTCHA by clicking the checkbox "I'm not a robot"

Page 2: Verification

  1. Select your verification

    1. If you live inside the US, you have two options for 2 factor authentication:

      1. SMS

      2. Google Authenticator

    2. If you live outside the US, you can only select Google Authenticator

  2. Complete the setup and enter the 6 digit verification code

Page 3: Personal Info

*** We encourage that you NOT use the autofill feature on your browser as it may create data input issues ***

  1. Enter your name

  2. Enter your DOB

  3. Enter your Phone Number

  4. Enter your Address

  5. Select the ID Type you wish to utilize

    1. If you are located in the US you can choose between your passport or your driver's license

    2. If you are located outside the US you must provide a valid passport

      1. Any other form of international ID will not be accepted

  6. Upload a copy of your ID

Page 4: Investor Info

  1. Select your Investor Purpose

  2. Answer "Are you ok trading low trade volume (illiquid) securities?"

  3. Affirm your affiliation status

  4. Enter your employment information

Page 5: Review Details

  1. Review all the details on your application

    1. If there is any issues, you should see a red box highlighting the field with the issue

Page 6: Sign

  1. Please be sure to review all of the disclosures presented

    1. Please only check the disclosure box if you agree to the Terms & Conditions presented to you

  2. Type your name for your signature

    1. The signature field must match exactly as the name entered when you began your application

Important to note:

  • Applications can take up to 5 business days for review

  • You will not be able to fund your account until your application is approved

    • This includes money and/or securities

  • You should receive an e-mail from tZERO confirming that:

    • Your application has been approved
      OR

    • Your application was rejected, for a variety of reasons, and requires your correction

      • Examples of common rejection reasons include:

        • DOB formatting errors - please enter in: YEAR/MONTH/DATE

        • Address issues - entering a PO box as a physical location

        • The ID provided with your application has expired

Primary Issuance Investing Account Creation

Create Account

  1. Visit https://www.tzero.com/issuance

  2. Select the asset you wish to invest in

  3. Select "Invest Now"

  4. Enter your email

  5. Create your password

    1. tZERO passwords must have the following requirements:

      1. 1 lower case letter

      2. 1 upper case letter

      3. 1 specific special character

      4. 1 number

      5. minimum of 8 characters

      6. No spaces

    2. If you enter a password correctly, a green checkbox will be appear by each of the requirements

  6. Complete the RECAPTCHA by clicking the checkbox "I'm not a robot"

Verification

  1. Select your verification

Step 1: Investment Amount

  1. Select the type of account you wish to invest with

    1. If you wish to invest as an individual, please select to invest as an individual

  2. Enter the amount you would like to invest

    1. This value may automatically update to ensure your no. of shares are divisible by a whole number

  3. Enter your annual income

  4. Enter your net worth

Step 2: Personal Information

  1. Enter your Name

  2. Enter your Country of Citizenship

  3. Enter your Country of Address

  4. Enter your Address

  5. Enter your DOB

  6. Enter your TIN (if applicable)

  7. Enter your Phone Number

  8. Select the ID Type you wish to utilize

    1. If you are located in the US you can choose between your passport, drivers license, or state ID card

    2. If you are located outside the US you must provide an international passport

  9. Upload a copy of your ID

Page 3: Payment

  1. You can select one of the 3 funding options:

    1. Link Bank Account - ACH

      1. Click here for more information on linking a bank account

    2. Wire Transfer

      1. Click here for more information on sending a wire

    3. Credit Card

      1. Click here for more information on paying by credit card

Step 4: Review

  1. Review all the details of your investment and payment method

  2. Review all of the disclosures presented

    1. Please only check the disclosure box if you agree to the Terms & Conditions presented to you

  3. Click "Complete My Investment"
