iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Add the app to your Home Screen
Open the app in Safari.
Tap the Share icon → Add to Home Screen.
Notifications only work when the app is added this way.
Log out and log back in
This resets your notification settings.
Re-add the app if needed
Remove the app from your Home Screen and add it again.
Android Phones & Tablets
Add the app to your Home Screen
Open the app in Chrome (or your main browser).
Tap the menu (⋮) → Add to Home Screen.
Check notification permissions
Go to Settings > Apps > [Your Browser] > Notifications.
Make sure notifications are turned on.
Log out and log back in
Re-add the app if needed
Remove the app from your Home Screen and add it again.
Desktop (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
Allow notifications
When prompted, click Allow.
If you missed the prompt, check your browser settings:
Chrome/Edge →
Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > NotificationsFirefox →
Settings > Privacy & Security > Permissions > Notifications
Log out and log back in
Reinstall the app (if using desktop PWA)
If you installed the app on your computer, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Final Checks
Make sure your device has internet access.
Check that Do Not Disturb or Focus Mode is turned off.
