How to download the history of all your Shopgoodwilll listings

Overview

The Shopgoodwill Listings report is a downloadable .csv history of all your listings to the Shopgoodwill marketplace within a given date range. The report includes auction names, listing dates, number of bids, starting and current price, listing status, and more.

How to Access the Shopgoodwill Listings Report

  1. Click the reports icon in the top right corner of Lister to navigate to the Reports page

  2. Click “Shopgoodwill Listings” in the left column


How to Download the Shopgoodwill Listings Report

The Shopgoodwill Listings report will populate data based on your selected criteria below.

  1. Between: Select a date range for when the listings were created in Lister

    • Note: Listings will populate based on the date they were created in Lister, not the date they were published to the marketplace

  2. Timezone: Select your desired timezone for the report

    • Note: For a closer match to Shopgoodwill’s reports, select America/Los Angeles timezone

  3. Click “Generate report” and optionally enter your email address to send a copy once it’s been created

    • Depending on how much data will be included in the report, this may take several moments to complete

  4. Download and open the report from the Past Reports section of the reports page or from your email account (if entered in the popup in box 3, above)


Definitions of Report Columns

Once opened in a spreadsheet, the following data is available to view and manipulate as needed:

  • Column A - Product SKU: Product SKU of listing. This is typically identical to the Seller Private Description (column E)

  • Column B - Channel ID: Shopgoodwill item number of the listing

  • Column C - Title: Listing title as it appears on Shopgoodwill

  • Column D - State: Current state of the listing, as defined below

    • Pending: Listing is awaiting approval to list via the Pending Listing Review feature or is awaiting step 1 of a Listing Strategy to complete without selling on another marketplace

    • Listed: Listing is currently active on Shopgoodwill

    • Listing Failed: Listing is awaiting action the the “Attention Required” tab of the Shopgoodwill Listing Manager

    • Relisting Failed: Relisted item awaiting action in the “Attention Required tab of the Shopgoodwill Listing Manager

    • Delisted: Listing was manually ended by a user, or an automated action by Lister to prevent a double sale after a Shopgoodwill Payment Extension was given to a previous winning bidder

    • Expired: Listing ended without bids and is awaiting the next step of the Listing Strategy, or manual relist

    • Sold: Listing sold and purchased by the buyer

    • Unpaid: Listing sold and is awaiting payment from the buyer

    • Purged: Listing either went unpaid and was automatically relisted, or reached the end of the Listing Strategy without a sale. These listings will appear in the Recycled tab of the Listing Manager. Important Note: This is NOT the same as a purged Product!

  • Column E - Seller Private Description: If the Private description box in the listing page was changed, the description will show here. Otherwise, this is typically identical to the Product SKU

  • Column F - Inventory Location: Current inventory location reference number. To see the NAME of the inventory location, see column AL

  • Column G - Category Name: Shopgoodwill category the item was listed to

  • Column H - Starting Bid: Starting bid amount at the time the item was listed, or via the Listing Strategy

  • Column I - Bid Increment: Minimum bid increment set at the time of listing, or via the Listing Strategy

  • Column J - Reserve Price: Minimum reserve price set at the time of listing, or via the Listing Strategy

  • Column K - Buy Now Price: Buy it Now price set at the time of listing, or via the Listing Strategy

  • Column L - Auction Start: Start date and time of the listing

    • Note: This is calculated based on the timezone selected when generating the report

  • Column M - Auction Duration: Number of days the listing was set for at the point of listing, or via the Listing Strategy

  • Column N - Display Weight: Item weight entered at the point of listing

  • Column O - Item Featured: True or false flag if the Featured Item checkbox was selected at the point of listing

  • Column P - Item Gallery: Legacy information prior to Shopgoodwill’s November 2021 update. True or false flag if the “Gallery” checkbox was selected for old Shopgoodwill listings. All listings created after November 14th 2021, will display “False” in this column

  • Column Q - Quality Control Initials: Legacy information only relevant prior to the November 2021 Shopgoodwill update

  • Column R - Photo Initials: Legacy information only relevant prior to the November 2021 Shopgoodwill update

  • Column S - Stock Quantity: Number of items entered in the “Stock Quantity” box at the point of listing. Auction-style listings will always display a zero in this column

  • Column T - Start Time: Start date and time of the listing

    • Note: To match Shopgoodwill’s reports, select America/Los Angeles timezone when generating the report

  • Column U - End Time: End time of the listing

    • Note: To match Shopgoodwill’s reports, select America/Los Angeles timezone when generating the report

  • Column V - Bid Count: Number of bids received on the listing

  • Column W - Shipping Price: Displays if the listing had a fixed price shipping or will show a zero for calculated shipping

  • Column X - Handling Price: Handling price set at the time of listing, or via the Listing Strategy

  • Column Y - Shipping Weight: Shipping weight in pounds

  • Column Z - Shipping Method: Shipping method selected at the point of listing

  • Column AA - Shipping Box: Name of the shipping box selected at the point of listing

  • Column AB - Shipping Length: Shipping box length selected at the point of listing

  • Column AC - Shipping Width: Shipping box width selected at the point of listing

  • Column AD - Shipping Height: Shipping box height selected at the point of listing

  • Column AE - No Combine Shipping: True or false flag to indicate if the “No combined shipping” checkbox was selected at the point of listing

  • Column AF - Listing Strategy Step: Indicates what step of the Listing Strategy the listing is on, starting at zero for the first step, 1 for the second step, and so on. A blank entry indicates the listing was posted without a Listing Strategy

  • Column AG - Poster: Teammate who created the listing

  • Column AH - Supplier: Origin supplier of the Product, unless manually changed at the point of listing

  • Column AI - Created At: Date the listing was first created

  • Column AJ - Relist Count: Indicates how many times the item was relisted

  • Column AK - Current Price: Indicates the current or final bid price of the item

  • Column AL - Product Inventory Location: Name of the current inventory location in Lister
