Learn how to undo picking an item in the Warehouse!

How it Works

If an item is marked as picked, partially picked, or unavailable, then you can undo that action.

Warehouse Mobile

  1. Open the Warehouse mobile app and browse to the Pick List tab

  2. If the all items on the WHREQ (warehouse request) have a status, then click into the Done tab and find the WHREQ you’d like to undo

  3. If there is at least one item on the WHREQ without a status, then stay on the To Do tab and find the WHREQ you’d like to undo

  4. After tapping into the WHREQ, tap on the Picked tab

  5. Find the item(s) you’d like to undo and tap the Undo Pick button for each

The system will readjust the quantity in stock and change the status back from picked to Requested. If an item has already been shipped or added to an internal order, the pick cannot be undone.

***Please note that WHREQs can only be fulfilled via the Kojo Mobile App.***
