These are the notifications currently supported by Warehouse:
General Stock PO Delivery Marked as Backordered
Mobile push notification is sent to the PA who input the PO
Warehouse Delivery Received
Mobile push notification
Body: A delivery on job name ( job code )has been received at warehouse location …{ with issues: any applicable issues, e.g. Damaged, Backordered, Missing, etc. }
Delivered to
all members of the job team – this comprises all Users who are explicitly marked as having ‘joined’ a given job
For Field Users, this means that the User has either
(a) Self-enrolled into the job via the field app on web or mobile
or (b) been assigned to the job by an administrator
For Procurement Users, creating a PO on a job causes the User to join the job
Email
Subject: New warehouse delivery on job name (job code)
Delivered to all Users included in the mobile push notification, plus:
Additional email addresses indicated by the Warehouse receiver in the delivery flow
Vendor contacts indicated by the Warehouse receiver in the delivery flow
Web app (drawer) notification
Title: New Warehouse Delivery
Body: Same as mobile push notification

Delivered to same set of Users as mobile notification
Warehouse Request Sent
Mobile push notification
Body: Sender name sent a warehouse request on request job name (request job code).
Delivered to
Only Field Users on the job team for the request’s job
All Warehouse Users in the organization

Subject: same as mobile push notification body
Delivered to:
Same Users as the mobile push notification
Web app (drawer) notification
Title: New Warehouse Request
Body: Request identifier/number sent to warehouse.
Delivered to same Users as the mobile push notification
