Warehouse to Field Shipments User Guide

Users can add shipments for when the warehouse delivers items to the field. This will notify the field with an expected delivery date and notes.

How to Use on Warehouse Mobile

On Warehouse Mobile, browse to the Pick List tab. You’ll now see an option at the top for Shipping.
WHREQs that have had items picked will show up in the list.

Create a New Shipment

Tap create new shipment
1. To add shipping information to all items on a WHREQ check the box next to it
2. Or you can click into each WHREQ and select specific items
After selecting your items, tap Enter Shipping Details
Enter the expected delivery date and any notes you’d like shared with the field users.
To finalize, tap Finalize Shipping Details

You can view shipping information on the Warehouse Request page for each WHREQ.

Field

The field requester of the items tied to the WHREQ will receive an email and push notification.

Warehouse

All warehouse users will receive an email and in-app notification.
