Why Connect a Business Page?
Before you can connect Instagram to third party applications like Foam, it has to be connected a Business page first. This is a Meta requirement, and without connecting to a Business Page first, the connection to Foam will fail.
Please note: this process works best on a laptop/desktop computer!
Connect to a Facebook Business Page
Follow these steps to get connected:
Log in to your Facebook account via facebook.com
From the homepage, select Pages in the right-hand menu.
3. Select the Business Page you want to link to your Instagram account or create a new page.
4. From the selected Page’s dashboard, click Settings in the menu on the left.
5. Scroll down to the Linked accounts section and select Instagram.
6. Click Connect Account under the Instagram section and confirm the action. A new window will pop up prompting you to log in to Instagram.
7. Once logged in, click Continue to approve and link your Instagram account to your business portfolio.
And that's it! You should see a message confirming that your Instagram account has been successfully linked.
