If you've ever had Foam connected to your Facebook account and you're having issues getting Instagram connected, you may need to remove the record of the earlier Foam connection. This article will walk you through the steps of removing Foam from Facebook.
How to Remove Foam from Facebook
Log into your Facebook account
Navigate to your avatar in the top right and select Settings & Privacy.
Select Settings.
Scroll down the left-hand side navigation bar and select Business Integrations.
Under Business integrations, you'll see a list of any programs that have a record of being linked to Facebook. Next to Foam, click remove.
And that's it! Once you've removed Foam from Facebook, you can try connecting Instagram to Foam once more.
