Bulk Uploading Your Talent to Foam
1. Log into your Foam account
2. Select your name/Avatar
3. Select Agency Settings
4. Prepare Your Excel Document
Ensure your Excel document adheres to the correct format for successful bulk uploading. The format should follow the order and must include the required fields listed below. Please note that we provide a template for you to download and use.
Format requirements
*Please note at least one social handle must be added to the list*
Talent Name (required)
Talent Email (It's not required, but we recommend including this if it's available)
Talent Rep Email (required)
Instagram Handle
TikTok Handle
Snapchat
YouTube Handle
To ensure smooth processing, please complete the fields in the format below.
Talent & Talent Rep email: name@example.com
Unique social handles: (no @ symbol, no URLs)
5. Select "Import Talent"
6. Upload Your Talent
Once your Excel document is ready, simply drag and drop or upload your XLSX file to Foam. Follow the platform's instructions to complete the upload process successfully.
If the system encounters any errors during the upload process, we will provide you with a file detailing the issues found.
7. Done! You've bulk-uploaded your creators to Foam.
